How to Use This Report

Setting Filters

  1. Select Arrival Date Range: Choose the arrival date range you want to analyze. For instance, a hypothetical spring break arrival from March 6th through 10th.
  2. Select Booking Start Date: Indicate when you believe your booking window begins, such as October 2022.
  3. Apply Additional Filters: Filter down by market level, bedrooms, unit type, sleep count, custom unit groups, and other criteria.
  4. Select KPIs: Choose any two KPIs for analysis, such as Adjusted Paid Occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR).
  5. Apply Filters: Click to apply the filters and generate the report.

Interpreting the Report

This section provides a descending view of booking weeks and the selected KPIs, showing changes up until the arrival date.

  • Impact of Pricing Strategies: Analyze how new pricing strategies affect booking pace compared to last year.

Identify weeks with the highest gains based on selected KPIs, highlighting significant periods for revenue strategy.
