Unit Details List

Overview

The Unit Details List is a comprehensive tool within the performance reports section that provides an in-depth look at all your active units. It allows you to analyze units based on various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), offering valuable insights for effective management and decision-making.

Customization Options

The Unit Details List offers several customization options to tailor the view according to your specific needs:

1. KPI Toggle: Located at the top of the report, the KPI toggle allows you to select and customize KPIs.

2. Primary KPI: The first KPI you select will be your primary KPI. This KPI will be prominently displayed and broken down by unit and time period (day, week, or month).

3. Additional KPIs: You can choose up to three additional KPIs using the second drop-down menu. These will provide a broader view of unit performance.

Note: if you’d like to see additional KPI, simply duplicate the Unit Details report and select additional KPI in the new instance.

5. Time Scale Selection: Customize the time period to view performance data for the desired duration, whether daily, weekly, or monthly.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

KPIs are crucial for tracking the performance and success of your units. Here’s how to effectively utilize them in the Unit Details List:

Primary KPI: This is the main metric you want to focus on. It could be occupancy rate, revenue, average daily rate (ADR), or any other key metric relevant to your goals.

Additional KPIs: These provide supporting data to give a more comprehensive view of performance. Examples include total revenue, booking pace, cancellation rate, and more.

Totals and Averages: The far right columns of the table display totals and averages for the selected time period, giving a quick summary of overall performance.

Tips:

Regular Monitoring: Make it a habit to regularly check the Unit Details List to stay updated on performance trends and issues.

Actionable Insights: Use the insights gained from the KPIs to make data-driven decisions, such as adjusting pricing, marketing strategies, or addressing maintenance issues.

Collaborate with Team Members: Share relevant insights with your team to ensure everyone is aligned and can contribute to improving unit performance.

By leveraging the customization options and KPIs effectively, the Unit Details List can become an indispensable tool in managing your units more efficiently and achieving better performance outcomes.
