Mastering Navigation and Essential Features

In this guide, we'll walk you through the essentials of navigating the tool and finding its key features. Let's get started!

1. Getting Started: Setting Up Your Dashboard

Accessing Your Settings

To begin, locate the settings in the top right corner of your dashboard, beneath your company's name. Here, you can:

  • Set your preferences
  • Add users
  • Configure your unit settings

2. Main Menu Overview

At the top of the page, you'll find the main menu, which includes five key sections:

  • Submit Feedback: Share your thoughts and suggestions with us.
  • Dashboards: Pre-built and custom dashboards.
  • Reports: The report library is complete with dozens of powerful reports.
  • Marketplace: Where you can purchase additional BI tools. 
  • PM Tools: Where you can access tools you’ve purchased.

Dashboard vs. Report

Before diving into the dashboard and report settings, it's important to understand the difference between them:

  • Dashboard: A visual representation of your data that consolidates key metrics and performance indicators into a single screen.
  • Reports: Single data visualizations.

Within the dashboard menu, you'll find a list of commonly used and prebuilt dashboards and any dashboards you have created.

Reports Section

This section lists all available reports, ranging from booking data to benchmarking data.

Marketplace

Here, you'll find all the add-ons or additional tools available for purchase.

PM Tools

This menu lists all the add-ons you have already purchased.

3. Navigating Dashboards, Sections, and Reports

Dashboard Features

Within your dashboard, you can:

  • Duplicate a dashboard
  • Add additional sections
  • Collapse all sections
  • Reorder sections

Section Features

Within each section, you can:

  • Check the date anchor used to create the section (e.g., arrival anchor)
  • View the section list if multiple sections are present
  • Change filters within the section
  • Edit the section's name
  • Delete, duplicate, or add additional reports to the section
  • Reset all filters applied

Report Features

Each report within a section can be individually filtered by clicking the three-line icon at the bottom corner. You can also refresh the data by clicking the reload icon.

Understanding Report Colors

Colors within reports represent different data sets. Legends at the bottom of each report indicate what each color represents.

In tables, this information is displayed in the columns.
