Configuring Your Settings

This guide will help you navigate through the settings page and optimize your account configuration for accurate and clean data management. Let's dive in!

Accessing the Settings Page

To access the settings page, hover over your company name in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard and click on "Settings."

1. In-Service/Out-of-Service Dates

In the Out of Service Dates section, you can enter the dates for any properties that leave your program. Keeping this page updated ensures your data remains clean and accurate.

2. Custom Unit Groups

In the Custom Unit Group section, you can manage your custom unit groups:

• Create a New Group: Add new custom unit groups to your account.
• Edit Groups: Modify existing custom unit groups.
• Delete Groups: Remove any custom unit groups that are no longer needed.

3. VRBO and Airbnb OTA Links

In the VRBO, Airbnb OTA Link setting, you can enter your Airbnb or VRBO links for each property. This provides easy access to your property listings on these platforms.

4. Ignore or Delete Units

In the Ignore or Delete Unit section, you can manage properties that should be excluded from your account and calculations:

• Ignore Units: Check the boxes for properties you want to ignore in your account.
• Delete Units: Remove properties from your account entirely.
